Pullover Hoodies
The core streetwear and merch silhouette. We confirm body shape, hood construction (single or double layer), kangaroo pocket style and rib tension before sampling.

The four decisions that decide quality, cost and lead time — confirm them at quote stage, not after.
Fit and Length
Send a reference garment or key measurements: chest width, body length, shoulder drop, sleeve length. We build the pattern from these and grade across your size run. Without a reference, we start from our standard blocks and adjust at fit-sample stage.
Fabric Direction
Confirm GSM, composition and handfeel before anything else. 300gsm fleece and 440gsm fleece are different products at different price points. We courier fabric swatches for approval before pattern work begins.
Hood and Rib
Single vs double-layer hood, drawcord type and tip finish, rib composition (cotton vs spandex-blend rib for recovery). These three details define how the hoodie looks after ten washes.
Decoration
Puff print, screen print, embroidery and applique each need different artwork files and placement tolerances. Send vector artwork early — we flag decoration risks (cracking on rib, registration on seams) at quote stage, not after sampling.

Puff Print
Raised 3D effect, the current streetwear standard. Requires high-density artwork and cure control.
Embroidery

Garment Dye & Wash
Vintage, stone and enzyme washes for a lived-in look. Wash batch consistency controlled by lot.
Applique & Patch
Chenille, woven and embroidered patches, sewn or heat-applied.

Heat-set rhinestone layouts and metal stud work for statement pieces.

Every size checked against the approved spec sheet: chest, body length, sleeve, hood depth, rib width. Tolerance ±1cm on body, ±0.5cm on rib.
Construction
Seam strength at shoulder and armhole, coverstitch flatness, drawcord attachment, zipper function across 50 open-close cycles.
Decoration
Print adhesion (tape test), embroidery density and backing trim, wash-test on decorated panels before bulk approval.
Packing
Fold dimensions, polybag spec, size-ratio per carton, hang tag and label placement verified against your packing guide.

MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style for stock-fabric hoodies, and 100 pieces when we develop custom fabric or custom dye colors. Mixed sizes within one style count toward the same MOQ.
How much does a custom hoodie cost?
FOB price for a 340gsm fleece hoodie runs $9.00–14.00 depending on fabric weight, decoration and quantity. 100% cotton and heavy 400gsm+ fabrics sit at the top of the range; CVC blends reduce cost by 15–20%.
How long does hoodie sampling take?
Fit samples in 7–10 days after fabric and pattern confirmation. Pre-production samples with final decoration take another 5–7 days. Bulk production runs 15–35 days depending on order size.
Can you match a hoodie I already have?
