How long does custom clothing production take?
Sample stages and timing are reviewed after the design, materials and brief are assessed. Confirm the bulk schedule in the written quote for your order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start at 100 pieces.
Can you develop samples from sketches or reference photos?
You can enquire without a complete tech pack. To prepare a design handoff, send front, back and side views where possible; front and back are the minimum, and a front view alone is insufficient. Add a reference size, fabric requirements and fit requirements. We review what is clear and what still needs development before agreeing the sample scope. A reference size is a starting point, not approved finished-garment measurements.
What certifications do your factories hold?
Tell us which factory, material, testing or audit documents your project requires. Available documents and their scope must be confirmed for the selected facility, material and order before any certification claim is made.
Do you ship worldwide? What shipping methods are available?
Shipping method, trade term, named place, documentation and delivery responsibilities are reviewed for the destination and confirmed in the written quote. Transit estimates depend on the selected service and shipment details.
How do you ensure quality control?
Agree material, in-process and final checks as relevant to the order. Record the inspection method, acceptance criteria, reporting requirements and any independent inspection in the production plan.
Can I use my own fabric or custom materials?
Tell us which fabric, trims or packaging you want to supply or source. Include the composition, construction, weight, color or finish requirements and any available references. Material suitability, availability, handling and required documents are reviewed for the project before sampling; certification claims require confirmation of the relevant document and scope.
Do you offer private label and custom branding?
Share your artwork and requirements for neck labels, care labels, hang tags, packaging and folding. Identify the dimensions, placement and attachment details you have, and mark open decisions. The available options, materials and development scope are confirmed for your project before work starts.
