Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock fabric blanks, MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. For custom fabric development, MOQ typically starts from 100–300 pieces depending on the fabric type. We support trial orders for new brand partnerships.
How long does custom clothing production take?
Sample development takes 7–10 working days. Bulk production lead time is 25–35 days for standard orders, depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be accommodated on request.
Can you develop samples from sketches or reference photos?
Yes. Send us your sketches, reference photos, or a sample garment. Our pattern-making team can develop proto samples from any reference. Tech packs help us work faster, but they are not required.
What certifications do your factories hold?
Our production partners hold ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, and GRS certifications. We provide certification documentation with every order upon request.
Do you ship worldwide? What shipping methods are available?
Yes. We ship globally via sea freight (25–35 days), air freight (7–10 days), and international express (3–5 days). We offer FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF, and DDP terms with full export documentation.
How do you ensure quality control?
We follow a 4-stage QC process: fabric inspection upon arrival, post-cutting inspection, inline production QC, and final AQL 2.5/4.0 random sampling inspection. Every shipment includes a QC report.
Can I use my own fabric or custom materials?
Yes. You can supply your own fabric, trims, and packaging materials. We also source custom fabrics to your specifications — including custom dye colors, special finishes, and certified sustainable materials.
Do you offer private label and custom branding?
Yes. Full private label service includes custom woven neck labels, hang tags, care labels, and poly bag packaging. We also offer custom folding and retail-ready packaging solutions.
