Fit & Compression
Activewear fit is engineering, not preference. Send a reference garment and target compression level. We test stretch and recovery on the actual fabric before grading — a pattern that works in 25% spandex fails in 15%.
Fabric Performance
Confirm weight, composition and finish: wicking, anti-pilling, UV protection, brushed vs sleek face. Every performance claim should be backed by a lab test — we arrange SGS or ITS reports on request.
Seam Construction
Flatlock for comfort, overlock for cost, bonded for premium seamless look. Seam choice changes both price and wearability — confirm on the fit sample with movement testing.
Waistband & Elastic

Can you make squat-proof leggings?
Yes — opacity is a fabric and construction decision, not luck. We use 250gsm+ interlock knits and test stretched opacity on every development. This is verified on your fit sample before bulk.
Do you make seamless activewear?
We work with seamless circular-knit partners for seamless leggings and bras. MOQ for seamless programs is higher (300+ pcs) due to machine setup — ask us for a comparison against cut-and-sew.
