Buyer questions

Questions before you commit

What is your MOQ for custom apparel production?

Our usual MOQ is 50-100 pieces per style and colour, depending on the fabric and garment. We support trial orders and larger production runs.

Will you sign an NDA before sampling?

Yes. For confidential projects we sign an NDA before sample work begins, so designs, specifications and commercial information stay private.

Which fabric and GSM should I use for my garment?

Send a reference garment or describe the handfeel you want. We can propose 2-3 options with composition, GSM and price differences before sampling.

What types of garments do you manufacture?

We produce T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, activewear, jackets, dresses, kidswear and custom collections with OEM and ODM development support.

How long does sample development take?

Sampling typically takes 7-10 working days. Most bulk orders take 25-35 days after approval, while complex styles or material availability can extend the range to 15-45 days.

Can I see factory audits and material certificates?

Yes. BSCI, Sedex and ISO 9001 audit records, plus GOTS, GRS and OEKO-TEX material certificates, are available on request for the relevant project.

Do you support international shipping and export documentation?

Yes. We provide sea, air and express shipping with the export documents required for the selected route and destination.
