How Your Order Moves
NDA & Tech Pack Review
We sign your NDA before any files change hands. Send your tech pack — our pattern team reviews measurements, BOM, stitching and decoration specs within 24 hours, and flags anything that could cause trouble in production before it costs you money.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source from partner mills and dye houses we work with directly — cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, organic and recycled options. You receive physical swatches or a fabric card for approval before we cut anything.
Sampling
Proto samples in 5–7 days; the full sampling stage runs 7–10 days including fit and pre-production samples. Every sample goes back and forth with your comments until you approve the pre-production sample — bulk only starts after your written approval.
Bulk Production
Bulk production timing is confirmed in your order-specific quote. Your approved pre-production sample stays on the line as the reference standard, and we send in-line photos at cutting, sewing and finishing so you can follow progress remotely.
Quality Control
AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection on every order. Measurements are checked against your spec sheet, stitching and decoration against the approved sample, and you receive a QC report with photos before anything ships.
Packing & Global Delivery
Polybag, carton and labeling to your spec — including FBA prep if needed. FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou or DDP to your warehouse by sea, air or express, with full export documents and tracking.

Common Questions
Before You Start
Do you charge for samples?
Yes — proto samples carry a sampling fee, fully refunded when your bulk order is placed. Complex techniques (special washes, multi-color prints) are quoted separately so there are no surprises.
Can I order without a tech pack?
Yes. You can start with a reference sample, photos or sketches — our pattern team helps turn them into production specs. That said, a complete tech pack significantly reduces sampling rounds.
Can I follow progress during production?
Yes. We send in-line photos at cutting, sewing and finishing. If you want deeper assurance, we can arrange a live video walkthrough or third-party inspection.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment after you approve the QC report. We accept T/T bank transfer.
